Prompt clinical communication
You hear back after the consultation, at key treatment milestones, and when the patient is returned to your care with final records.
Consult reports are typically sent within one week. A post-treatment report follows three months after appliances are removed, with any notes about the outcome or treatment going forward.

You submit

We contact your patient
We will contact your patient within 2 business days to schedule a new patient exam.

We schedule the consultation
A 60-minute visit. Dr. Sytek examines the bite, reviews imaging, and lays out real options.

You get a clinical letter
Our findings, the proposed plan, and an estimated treatment time. Sent shortly after the consultation.

Periodic updates
We will keep you in the loop at key treatment milestones, or if a treatment plan needs to change. If you're getting too much or not enough communication, let us know and we will adjust to suit your preferences.

Patient returned
With before and after photos, comments on third molars, and any special notes about the outcome if it was not routine.
